Welcome to the Oldham County Clerk web site. When you chose me as your Oldham County Clerk in 2006, I promised you I would build on the existing customer service which is already offered to the citizens of Oldham County. I intend to keep that promise and one way is by always trying to make sure the latest and most helpful information is on this website.

For instance; beginning in January 2007, office hours are changing to better serve the public.

I have also implemented the use of debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover only) for all transactions except those which would involve Usage or Sales tax. This will take effect January, 2007. There are more changes to come.

I want to assure you of my commitment of providing you with the most efficient and effective service possible while upholding my sworn duty to maintain and protect YOUR public records. I want all citizens of Oldham County to know that my door is always open to each of you. You can stop by for a visit, call me, or email me. I truly look forward to hearing from you.
